Impermeable pads

Impermeable pads were developed and are produced mainly for the public sector – hospitals, senior citizen housing and other places with increased demand on bed hygiene. For a sufficient fixation of the pad to the bed the rubber holders are mounted in the corners of the mat.
The base consists of a film of polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane, usually laminated to a cotton terry. The upper layer gives the product a pleasant feel, the lower layer prevents moisture from seeping into the mattress.  The variant with the polyurethane film also ensures the so-called “breathing”,i.e. permeation of vapours. The variant with polyvinyl chloride is then a more economic possibility that also guarantees the impermeability of liquids.

The materials can be boiled at temperatures up to 95°C. Please follow instruction symbols when washing for best results.
